One that we need to practise through meaningful (and sometimes messy!) conversations.
That’s why apps, group classes, conversation clubs and 1:1 lessons with AI avatars often leave you feeling bored, demotivated, stuck and helpless.

This English coaching program and shared humanity experience blends self-study and live conversation aspects. Let me explain how it works.
STEP
Immerse yourself in the language
You will start each week with a new portion of content that makes you think, reflect or question beliefs, habits and ideas while discovering beautiful new chunks of language.
First you will review the content independently. This gives you time to gather your thoughts and familiarise yourself with the language so you feel ready to join the live session.
Your mindset-shifting content includes:
✓ A short film or vlog in English
✓ A word cloud with a collection of language chunks curated from the film
✓ A language resource that enables you to work with the vocabulary
✓ Ideas on how to memorise, revise and integrate newly learnt vocabulary
✓ Questions for self-reflection and inner work
✓ Guided meditations, memory hacks, and pieces of music
STEP
Meet for mindful conversations*
In the week after you’ve received the material, you will meet with your mindful family, a small group of 4-8
people. We will skip the superficial small talk and explore the material together — with me or one of my co-tutors, Ela or Kasia.
Your fear of communicating in English will dissolve within a few weeks. You will form deep bonds with your new friends and realise your possible mistakes matter far less than the thought you want to share.
You will enjoy:
✓ Weekly, 100-minute speaking practice in a small, supportive group of 4-8, guided by your tutor
✓ Authentic conversations on topics that energise and inspire you
✓ The support of a Mindful English tutor who facilitates the process
✓ The possibility to attend another group if you can’t make your class on a particular week

We will repeat steps one and two every week for the entire programme. Each week we will cover a new nourishing topic.
BONUS STEP
Meet for a group webinar
In addition to the weekly group classes, I also invite you to join a monthly coaching call. These are open to the whole Mindful English community, and they take place on the last Monday of the month, at 8 PM (CET)
Here you will reflect on and celebrate your progress, ask questions and practise the beautiful words and phrases you’ve learned from the process so far.
You will enjoy:
✓ Seven additional 60-minute live calls with the whole Mindful English community
Within a few sessions, your fear will melt away, and your relationship with English will shift as you realise how much you can say with what you already know.

Hello — I’m Kasia.
And I consider myself as a guide to conscious learning more than a teacher.
I’m here to help you realise how much you already know and inspire you with thought-provoking language content, rather than correct your mistakes or teach you more grammar.
I’ve been holding space for people’s growth for the last 20 years, both as a language coach and workshop facilitator. And my role is to create a pressure-free environment where you can nurture your English while having a shared humanity experience.
Having studied seven languages myself, I’ve struggled with the very same insecurities you’re facing. It wasn’t until I dared to speak using the handful of expressions I knew that I felt my fears dissolve.
I discovered that I could build relationships with people, even though I wasn’t perfect. And I began to see language as a social skill rather than an art to be mastered.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds (and hundreds) of people using this human approach to learning, and now I would love nothing more than to help you do the same.
So you can free yourself from the trap of perfectionism and give yourself permission to show up in the world in all your beauty.

The Mindful English promise
I honestly think you’re going to love Mindful English. But if you change your mind, you can withdraw from the programme within 14 days of the start date (by February 3).
In this case, I will keep the deposit of 390 PLN (or 190 PLN pre-Mindful & Mindful English Self-study) and the remaining amount of the first instalment will be sent back to you.
Mindful English is for you if:

✗ You wish to continue taking language classes rather than building an independent study routine
✗ You are not open to bringing mindfulness practices into your study of English

If you understand this page, that means your passive command of English is enough for you to benefit from the programme. But to be sure, we will double-check your suitability on the application call. So, I invite you to book a pressure-free call — even if you’re nervous! I promise your concerns will melt away when we start speaking.
Yes. I hope you’ll love Mindful English and decide to stay, but if you change your mind within the first 14 days, you may leave. I will keep the deposit of 390 PLN (or 90 EUR) and the remaining amount of the first instalment will be sent back to you. After that, if you let us know you want to leave by the end of the month, your membership will be cancelled on the last day of the month and you will not be charged for the following months.
Every week a variety of group sessions take place. You may join another group if you can’t make it to yours that week.
I want to ensure all participants feel comfortable expressing themselves. So, group sessions are not recorded in order to protect the small, intimate experience.
All the seven webinars will be recorded. The recordings will be uploaded on the Mindful English Platform within 24 hours and available to watch by the end of the course.
No, your account will remain active until the end of August. However, for technical reasons, if you decide to quit while the course is still taking place, you’ll lose access to the platform on the last day of the month in which you quit.
Yes! Many past Mindful English participants have joined the following editions because they enjoyed it so much. All you need to do is email me to say that you’d like to stay.

It does not take years of language courses to start a conversation. All you need is a handful of phrases, some courage and a good attitude. Mindful English gives you all of that.
